Our Mission
Angel Wings Services 2 Inc. is a comprehensive Domestic Violence Agency which serves clients from all areas of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Our main goal is to provide a warm environment and shelter for women and children of all ages. We offer counseling and career services and employment opportunities. Also offering Education and Legal Advocacy to all clients .We offer a 24 hr crisis hotline that provides support assistance. We assist with emergency intervention assistance. Our services will empower the women and children to live independent lifestyles and violence free lives. Angel wings services 2 Inc. offers prevention programs aimed at breaking the multigenerational cycle of violence to create healthier and united families.
Our target population is families experiencing the effects of domestic violence in need of shelter support and career services and counseling. Angel Wings Services 2 Inc operates on the philosophy that domestic violence is often cynical in nature and must be addressed through a range of interventions . Our goal is to provide supportive programs that will prepare a strong violence free foundation.
Our Purpose :
1.To recruit volunteers into domestic services under the main supervision of the DV staff .
- To promote and provide fundraising activities with the board to support programs of Angel Wings Services 2 Inc. New services and programs and creating Capital projects. To fufill and modernize the shelter and provide more temporary shelters as well as projects. To become a more educated and efficient staff.
- To become true Ambassadors in the community by developing awareness of the vital role of Angel Wings Services 2 Inc. throughout Cook county thus promoting understanding interest and support services.
Donations : Are greatly appreciated and needed we are a non profit operating shelter a 501 3C .
